Nombulelo is an experienced Administrative Assistant with a rich background in healthcare employment. Her career uniquely blends long-standing administrative expertise with hands-on support work, giving her a well-rounded perspective on healthcare operations. She began her administrative journey in 1995 and has been actively contributing in this field from 2012 to the present. Between 2003 and 2010, she gained valuable practical experience in care roles, which has strengthened her understanding of the needs of both staff and patients.
Highly dependable and adaptable, Nombulelo combines strong organisational skills with empathy and practical care knowledge, making her an invaluable asset to healthcare teams. She is committed to ensuring smooth operations, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards of care delivery.
Sue is passionate about helping others and brings extensive experience from her background in sales, where she developed strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. She is naturally personable, with a warm and approachable manner that helps her connect easily with both clients and colleagues.
Alongside her people skills, Sue has solid administrative abilities and is well organised, allowing her to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work. She is reliable, adaptable, and takes pride in supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Since joining Clinical Temps, Sue has gained valuable experience in healthcare and support work, developing a deeper understanding of the importance of compassionate, person-centred care. Supporting clients gives her a genuine sense of fulfilment, and she takes pride in making a positive difference at the end of each shift.
Charlene has worked in care since leaving education, bringing with her a natural passion for helping others. She joined Clinical Temps in its founding year, 2020, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a challenging time she met with unwavering dedication, resilience and compassion. She believes that care is not something you simply learn, but something you naturally carry within you. Her family-orientated nature and strong circle of friends reflect her deep belief in building meaningful, lasting relationships. As someone people naturally turn to for support, she finds genuine joy in seeing others grow, thrive and live their best lives.
Since joining the team, Charlene has been instrumental in building Clinical Temps from the ground up. She brings extensive hands on experience, practical knowledge, and a genuine understanding of people’s needs to her role. From the outset, she has been committed to creating a supportive environment where both clients and staff feel valued. Charlene takes great care in supporting her team, ensuring they feel happy, guided on their individual journeys, and given the experience they deserve. As the company has grown, Charlene has enjoyed seeing it evolve, meeting new people, and continuing to learn along the way. She is incredibly proud of the strong relationships built and remains deeply committed to protecting the positive, people centred culture that continues to go from strength to strength.
Charlene’s passion lies in ensuring staff feel just as happy to stay and grow as she has since the very start. She is equally dedicated to making sure clients receive personalised, compassionate care that respects their individual needs and preferences, helping to make their journey as positive and empowering as possible. Through this, she supports a service that families can trust, knowing their loved ones are safe, well cared for, and genuinely valued. Nqabutho Sibanda is a Director, Registered Manager and Nurse with 20 years post Registration experience. Nqabutho is an experienced Nursing Home Manager, highly accomplished in implementing operational strategies, attracting and retaining staff. He has expertise in putting people first, minding the business, acting with integrity and acting decisively to enhance the health of the Residents in his care. Excellent knowledge across a variety of care settings with sound knowledge of CQC Compliance standards, The Mental Health Act and Capacity Act.
Nqabutho is able to implement decisions necessary for successful outcomes and is a passionate and able leader who builds a good rapport with individuals, their families, professionals, employees and governing bodies. Nqabutho has experience providing staff supervision and training, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to effect high quality care.
Lindi Sibanda nee Masilela, as Managing Director of Elborough Care Services has strategic oversight of the business, taking accountability for its overall performance and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. Lindi has been a Registered Manager for a 72 bed Psychiatric Hospital and has been qualified as a nurse since 2004. Throughout her career she has acquired a strong reputation for compassionate clinical leadership and management of multi-disciplinary teams. Her broad ranging experience includes the care of adults and children’s services in acute environments in the Independent Sector, NHS Trusts and Community Services, in addition to managing a healthcare recruitment business. She is uniquely positioned to share her wealth of expertise and experience to develop a forward thinking and inclusive community based care service and has the necessary qualifications, competence, skills and experience to manage the delivery of the regulated activity: Treatment of disease, disorder or injury which includes personal and nursing care.
As Head of Business Development and Partnerships, Jeanette brings a diverse and well-rounded background spanning the voluntary, charity, public, and private sectors. Her career has been rooted in driving strategic growth, fostering impactful partnerships, and leading commissioning initiatives across both adult and children’s services. She is skilled in managing high-performing teams and takes pride in creating collaborative environments where people feel empowered to excel.
With a coaching qualification, Jeanette is passionate about supporting individuals to unlock their potential and contribute meaningfully to organisational success. She is currently leading work on business planning and refining internal processes to strengthen operational efficiency and long-term sustainability. Her approach is both people-centred and results-driven, with a strong commitment to innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
