Between 2003 and 2010, she gained valuable practical experience in care roles, which has strengthened her understanding of the needs of both staff and patients.
Highly dependable and adaptable, Nombulelo combines strong organisational skills with empathy and practical care knowledge, making her an invaluable asset to healthcare teams. She is committed to ensuring smooth operations, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards of care delivery.

Sue is passionate about helping others and brings extensive experience from her background in sales, where she developed strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships. She is naturally personable, with a warm and approachable manner that helps her connect easily with both clients and colleagues.

Charlene has worked in care since leaving education, bringing with her a natural passion for helping others. She joined Clinical Temps in its founding year, 2020, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a challenging time she met with unwavering dedication, resilience and compassion. She believes that care is not something you simply learn, but something you naturally carry within you. Her family-orientated nature and strong circle of friends reflect her deep belief in building meaningful, lasting relationships. As someone people naturally turn to for support, she finds genuine joy in seeing others grow, thrive and live their best lives.
Since joining the team, Charlene has been instrumental in building Clinical Temps from the ground up. She brings extensive hands on experience, practical knowledge, and a genuine understanding of people’s needs to her role. From the outset, she has been committed to creating a supportive environment where both clients and staff feel valued. Charlene takes great care in supporting her team, ensuring they feel happy, guided on their individual journeys, and given the experience they deserve. As the company has grown, Charlene has enjoyed seeing it evolve, meeting new people, and continuing to learn along the way.
