Charlene has worked in care since leaving education, bringing with her a natural passion for helping others. She joined Clinical Temps in its founding year, 2020, right in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a challenging time she met with unwavering dedication, resilience and compassion. She believes that care is not something you simply learn, but something you naturally carry within you. Her family-orientated nature and strong circle of friends reflect her deep belief in building meaningful, lasting relationships. As someone people naturally turn to for support, she finds genuine joy in seeing others grow, thrive and live their best lives.
Since joining the team, Charlene has been instrumental in building Clinical Temps from the ground up. She brings extensive hands on experience, practical knowledge, and a genuine understanding of people’s needs to her role.
